You are encouraged to schedule regular healthcare appointments in advance. However, if you are unwell and need to see a doctor today, we offer a selection of on-the-day appointments for urgent concerns only. Please call us on (02) 6255 2400 or book online. If we are unable to secure an appointment for you at your preferred time, our team can place you on a waiting list. When an appointment becomes available, we will contact you as soon as possible.

You are encouraged to book an appointment, as this is the best way to have your concerns addressed. However, if you have an urgent matter requiring discussion with a doctor, please contact reception and we will do our best to assist you.
Our emails are monitored by administrative personnel only, not our clinical team. Therefore, we strongly discourage the use of email as a form of correspondence and advise you to book an appointment with your doctor instead.
Do you need health care after hours?
After-hours health care is available to people whose health condition is urgent and cannot wait for treatment until regular general practice services are next available. Generally, this means at night, on weekends and public holidays. See exact times below.
After-hours periods
- 6pm to 8am Monday to Friday
- 6pm Friday to 8am Saturday
- 12pm Saturday to 8am Monday
- All day on public holidays
